Looking after your sexual health is important, which is why you should speak to a doctor as soon as you notice any problems affecting your sexual organs.

Sexual health problems can be embarrassing to talk about. You can talk to our experienced GPs discreetly and confidentially from the comfort of your own home. They’ll approach your problem with sensitivity and provide practical advice and treatment options.

STIs (Sexually Transmitted Infections)

If you think you might have an STI, it’s important to see a doctor about it – even if you haven’t noticed any symptoms. Leaving STIs untreated can potentially lead to serious medical problems affecting both you and your sexual partner(s), which could be more difficult to deal with.

Other Sexual Health Conditions

There are many conditions that can affect your sexual organs and not all of them are STIs.

They can occur as a result of a urinary tract infection, mental health issue or simply be a natural part of the ageing process.

Whatever the cause, our doctors are here to provide all the support and practical advice you need.

During your consultation, our doctors will ask you about the symptoms you have been experiencing.

Our experienced GPs are available from 6am until 11pm every day and you can talk them on on your smartphone, tablet or desktop computer without having to leave the house.

Their first step will be to identify the allergy that you’re suffering from. If you don’t know what you’ve got, our GPs will ask you to describe your symptoms and use this information to work out what the allergy could be.

From here, they can suggest ways to manage the problem. In certain cases, you might be asked to refrain from consuming certain products that could be contributing to your allergy. If your symptoms don’t return, it’s likely that the product (or an ingredient within it) was the cause.

Of course, this isn’t always practical. For example, allergies such as hayfever and asthma can be caused by a reaction to airborne particles such as grass or pollen, neither of which are particularly easy to avoid. In this sort of situation, our doctors can recommend medication that will help to deal with your symptoms.
